ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY PINOT NERO: A not easy choice but with exciting results. From the high hills of the Langa, in calcareous siliceous soils, Pinot nero grapes are obtained with extraordinary characteristics that make the Alta Langa docg, unique for freshness and typicality even after many years of maturation.

TRENTODOC with a unique elegance, obtained from the skilful cuvèe of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir harvested by hand and with a permanence on the lees for at least 24 months, for a pure, sincere product, the result of the best expression of an extraordinary terroir and of the man who has intuited the character and potential.

A decisive character for a sparkling wine that makes itself felt and which, not surprisingly, has the word “salvàdek” in its name: in the Brescia dialect it means “wild”. It is made in the best vintages only with carefully selected grapes from the oldest and best exposed vineyards of the company. It is produced with 95% Chardonnay grapes and 5% reserve wine.

The nose is extremely elegant with saline notes that leave room for hints of small red fruits and rose petal. On the palate it is pleasant and tasty, the fruity flavors are found and all the elegance is confirmed. The bubble is delicate and caressing, the saline sensation and freshness highlight the ease of drinking of this sparkling wine.

Historical reference already dedicated to the founders Paola Rovetta and Paolo Rabotti, the P.R. The Alta Langa Rosè is a bubble with a character all its own. The pinot noir, with light maceration of its skins, gives structure and slightly more complex aromas. The good acidity makes for pleasant drinking and one glass leads to another!

Color: fine and persistent perlage, intense straw yellow with golden reflections. Bouquet: bouquet of great complexity and finesse, with hints of ripe cedar, orange peel.
