Vinification: pressing and first fermentation 70% in thermoregulated steel tanks and 30% in barrique Aging: 24 months in the bottle on its own lees, marketed at least 4 months after the dégorgement Bottling: bottling 7 months after harvest

The cuvèe is a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, using a 50% reserve wine and aged in the bottle for no less than 18 months. Golden yellow in color, the nose has hints of pear and peach that are mixed with notes of vanilla, white pepper and citrus fruits. On the palate it is initially fresh to then continue with mineral and biscuit notes.

Cuvée head of six great wines from the Côte des Blancs: Avize, Cramant, Oger, Chouilly, Vertus, Grauves, with a touch of Trépail, made entirely from Chardonnay. Gold color with light green reflections. Creamy mousse, very fine and excellent hold. Nose: acacia and hawthorn. Palate: nutty and citrus flavor, with a slight sensation of brioche.

Taste: lively attack thanks to a low dosage that respects the authenticity of the wine. You can feel the minerality of the chalk. Flavors of citrus, almond, toasted bread immediately impose themselves

The 2012 Legras & Haas vintage combines intense freshness with palpable richness at every second of the tasting, it is a complete and ripe wine. It bears the mark of the great years, a direct and perfectly intelligible contact supported by an abundance of nuances.

This delicate wine, created in the 1950s, was one of the first ever Rosé champagnes. It is also one of the most well-loved, particularly for its freshness that echoes Lanson Black Label.

Le Black Label Brut owes its iconic name to Victor Lanson who gave it in 1937, both as a proof of openness to the world and as a tribute to the Royal Court of England which Lanson has been officially supplying since 1900. This champagne is a balanced alliance of vitality and finesse, freshness and elegance, characteristic of the Lanson Style.

Composed of 66% Pinot Noir and 34% Chardonnay, it has been defined as a "multi-millésimé" Champagne. In its cuvée, at least four great vintages of previous vintages from the "Vins de Réserve ”. This gives a roundness and a complexity that with four years of aging in the cellar are refined in a perfect balance

Extra Brut is a champagne for purists. This dense and rigorous blend offers a precise yet approachable vision of champagne combined with a saline texture from its Chouilly subsoils. The grapes are grown in the family’s oldest hilltops parcels in which the deep-rooted vines draw their complexity from the terroir’s unique mother rock.

The body is brilliant, golden straw yellow in colour. The bubbles are fine. The mousse is discreet and persistent. The nose is very expressive and open, offering notes of fruit and brioche, as well as aromas of peach, white flowers (hawthorn, acacia) and vanilla pod. The attack in the mouth is lively and fresh, very harmonious. Fruit and honey flavours then follow, in a delicate expression....

The body, intense and sparkling, is bright pink in colour. The bubbles are fine. The mousse is persistent. The nose is broad and expressive, fresh and young at the same time and releases aromas of red fruits (freshly crushed wild raspberries, cherries, blackcurrants).
