Sparkling Wines

This delicate wine, created in the 1950s, was one of the first ever Rosé champagnes. It is also one of the most well-loved, particularly for its freshness that echoes Lanson Black Label.

Le Black Label Brut owes its iconic name to Victor Lanson who gave it in 1937, both as a proof of openness to the world and as a tribute to the Royal Court of England which Lanson has been officially supplying since 1900. This champagne is a balanced alliance of vitality and finesse, freshness and elegance, characteristic of the Lanson Style.

The elegance of the fruit is associated with its delicacy: flavors of pear, fresh almonds and tarte Tatin are distinguished by the uniqueness of a chiseled and mineral Pinot Noir with notes of citrus and candied lemon. A velvety persistence in the mouth with a salty note in the finish.

Composed of 66% Pinot Noir and 34% Chardonnay, it has been defined as a "multi-millésimé" Champagne. In its cuvée, at least four great vintages of previous vintages from the "Vins de Réserve ”. This gives a roundness and a complexity that with four years of aging in the cellar are refined in a perfect balance

It is a Brut Nature obtained from the grapes of the best Franciacorta crus and is the result of aging on the lees for over 48 months. A wine with a strong character, with great personality.

The body is brilliant, golden straw yellow in colour. The bubbles are fine. The mousse is discreet and persistent. The nose is very expressive and open, offering notes of fruit and brioche, as well as aromas of peach, white flowers (hawthorn, acacia) and vanilla pod. The attack in the mouth is lively and fresh, very harmonious. Fruit and honey flavours then follow, in a delicate expression....

The body, intense and sparkling, is bright pink in colour. The bubbles are fine. The mousse is persistent. The nose is broad and expressive, fresh and young at the same time and releases aromas of red fruits (freshly crushed wild raspberries, cherries, blackcurrants). Harmonious wine, savory with good hints of bread crust, it must be served at a temperature of 7 ° C with first courses (risotto, fresh pasta) and well-made main courses.
