The new "Parusso Metodo Classico" Nebbiolo based Spumante wine has always been inclined to rediscover old traditions, a wine that is part of the centuries-old history of Italian and Piemontese sparkling wines.

Classic Method Brut Nature Millesimato, 100% Pinot Noir. A wine with character, dry and with an enveloping perlage. Fresh and elegant on the nose, in the mouth it has a dry attack with pleasant acidity. A perfect wine as an aperitif, but one that can easily accompany a good pasta dish or lightly aged cheeses.

It shimmers with bright, golden hues that set the stage for a lively perlage and creamy mousse. On the nose, the vitality and freshness of Erbaluce are tinged with sweet, pastry and buttery notes. In the mouth, one perceives the sweet sensations of refinement and liqueur dilute the vigorous acidity.

Colore: Petalo di rosa, con perlage fine ed abbondante. Profumo: Fine ed incisivo, con evidenti note di lampone, frutti di sottobosco, rosa e chiude con note di tostatura. Gusto: Dopo la bollicina “croccante” si svela un grande equilibrio giocato sulla mineralità. Profondo e molto persistente si chiude con un retrogusto di tipo sapido.
