Vineyard & Terroir

Grapes sourced from hillside vineyards between Nizza Monferrato and Agliano Terme, in the Asti area. Calcareous-clay soils and a breezy climate promote aromatic ripeness while preserving freshness and varietal intensity.

Winemaking & Ageing

Hand-harvested grapes, soft pressing, and fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature to preserve the Sauvignon’s aromatic purity. Short ageing on fine lees adds body and balance before bottling in spring.

Tasting Notes

Pale straw-yellow with greenish reflections. Fragrant notes of tropical fruit, citrus, and tomato leaf. The palate is crisp and mineral with lively acidity and a clean, persistent finish.

Food Pairings

Perfect as an aperitif or paired with seafood starters, shellfish, vegetable risottos, and fresh goat cheese.
