Sparkling Wines

The cuvèe is a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, using a 50% reserve wine and aged in the bottle for no less than 18 months. Golden yellow in color, the nose has hints of pear and peach that are mixed with notes of vanilla, white pepper and citrus fruits. On the palate it is initially fresh to then continue with mineral and biscuit notes.

Intense golden yellow color with amber reflections. The nose is elegant with notes of peach, honey, dried fruit, brioches and toasted hazelnuts. On the palate it is creamy and intense with notes of dried fruit and a long savory finish

The wine comes from the blend of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay. The grapes equally come exclusively from the Grand Cru of Ay, where the calcareous soils rich in craia give tension, minerality and an indelible signature to the palate. Fermentation and refinement take place entirely in oak barriques from the Argonne forest. "Fut de Chene" MV20 reveals a deep and vibrant profile...

The elegance of the fruit is associated with its delicacy: flavors of pear, fresh almonds and tarte Tatin are distinguished by the uniqueness of a chiseled and mineral Pinot Noir with notes of citrus and candied lemon. A velvety persistence in the mouth with a salty note in the finish.
