The latest addition to the range, this Blanc de blancs is a lively and fresh wine with aromas of citrus, vanilla and white flowers.

A decisive character for a sparkling wine that makes itself felt and which, not surprisingly, has the word “salvàdek” in its name: in the Brescia dialect it means “wild”. It is made in the best vintages only with carefully selected grapes from the oldest and best exposed vineyards of the company. It is produced with 95% Chardonnay grapes and 5% reserve wine.

The Blanc de Noir of Rousseaux-Batteux is a mono-cru (Verzenay) and mono-varietal (Pinot Noir) Champagne. Reserve wines aged in cask for a year bring strength and character. It is "the purest expression of the Verzenay terroir grand cru
