Sparkling Wines

The clay soil of Chamery is expressed in all its elegance in this Chardonnay. A structured but elegant wine, with a fairly present vinosity, but always rich and extremely long. Only for true fans!

The cuvèe is a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, using a 50% reserve wine and refining in the bottle for no less than 18 months. Golden yellow in color, the nose has hints of pear and peach that mix with notes of vanilla, white pepper and citrus. On the palate it is initially fresh and then continues with mineral and biscuit notes.

A decisive character for a sparkling wine that makes itself felt and which, not surprisingly, has the word “salvàdek” in its name: in the Brescia dialect it means “wild”. It is made in the best vintages only with carefully selected grapes from the oldest and best exposed vineyards of the company. It is produced with 95% Chardonnay grapes and 5% reserve wine.

Historical reference already dedicated to the founders Paola Rovetta and Paolo Rabotti, the P.R. Brut is now embellished with the celebratory stamp that reflects the date of foundation and that of the 50th year of activity which occurs this year.
