Bright straw yellow, very fine perlage. Nose with notes of sugared almonds, passion fruit, lashes of wild mint. Drink of persistence and crunchiness, with officinal-almond return and fruity finish.

Vinification: pressing and first fermentation 100% in barrique Refinement: 36 months in bottle on its lees, commercialization at least 12 months after disgorgement Bottling: bottling 7 months after harvesting
