Color: fine and persistent perlage, intense straw yellow with golden reflections. Bouquet: bouquet of great complexity and finesse, with hints of ripe cedar, orange peel. The judicious blending together of three grape varieties (40% Chardonnay / 30% Pinot Noir / 30% Pinot Meunier), sourced from all the property’s crus, endows this Cuvée Brut Origine with perfect balance and remarkable quality.
