Alta Langa Brut entered the battery only a few years ago. It is the bubble of the Langa, it follows a strict specification that determines a very high standard of quality. The Alta Langa Rosè is a bubble with a character all its own. The pinot noir, with light maceration of its skins, gives structure and slightly more complex aromas. The good acidity makes for pleasant drinking and one glass leads to another!
