The clay soil of Chamery is expressed in all its elegance in this Chardonnay. A structured but elegant wine, with a fairly present vinosity, but always rich and extremely long. Only for true fans!

The heart of the MV13 cuvée is based at 70% on the 2018 vintage fermented and born for 12 months in wooden barrels of the Argonne forest, to which is added a 30% reserve wine aged with solera method. After foaming, it rests in the bottle for at least 6 years before disgorging.

An autumn champagne where the mix of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier offer a truly interesting aromatic palette. Great structure, richness and an important vinous note.

Second edition of Bollinger's PN collection, PN VZ16 is a blend with a unique flavor that highlights the distinctive characteristics of the wines of the Verzenay terroir, the main cru of its blend. The high percentage of Verzenay in this edition's blend brings the Pinot Noir characteristics of this terroir to the wine: depth, elegance and tension.

The elegance of the fruit is associated with its delicacy: flavors of pear, fresh almonds and tarte Tatin are distinguished by the uniqueness of a chiseled and mineral Pinot Noir with notes of citrus and candied lemon. A velvety persistence in the mouth with a salty note in the finish.

Pinot Noir derived from two single plots adjacent to the House in Aÿ: non-grafted vines grown in the traditional en foule layering system and worked entirely by hand.

Edition with Gift Box and degraffeur, a tool designed by Champagne Henri Giraud to open the bottle of Ay Grand Cru. The MV17 cuvée is produced using 70% grapes from the 2017 vintage and the remaining 30% with reserve wine.
