Produced exclusively with chardonnay grapes after fermentation in the bottle, it is refined on yeasts for a period of no less than 36 months, acquiring aromas, intense aromas and a very fine perlage of unmistakable quality.

Great persistence, a glass that ranges from an aperitif to a worthy accompaniment to first and second courses based on fish or white meats.

Fine and continuous perlage, golden yellow color with green reflections is how it appears in the glass. The nose is fragrant, with notes of biscuits and hazelnut, hay and seasoned tobacco. The silky and creamy carbonic makes room for acidity that makes room for acidity that stimulates salivation by returning the biscuit and hazelnut notes.

Produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes harvested at the right degree of ripeness to enhance its quality. Maximum expression of the territory, Franciacorta Saten has a generously creamy froth with a very fine and persistent perlage that for grace and kindness could be recommended to ladies not accustomed to wine consumption.

It has a shimmering appearance with soft tints of gold. It shows rare refinement, with overtones of white flowers and citrus, on the nose. It is distinguished, complex and characterised by fruity apricot and yellow peach flavours. Given its ageing on the lees, the Champagne’s uplifting freshness is surprising.

The latest addition to the range, this Blanc de blancs is a lively and fresh wine with aromas of citrus, vanilla and white flowers.

Dedicated to founder Arturo, it is made using the classic method, which today represents excellence in Italian sparkling wine production. Precise characteristics, daughters of the more traditional classic method, are combined with the selection of vineyards based on location, exposure, altitude and soil type.

Alta Langa Brut entered the battery only a few years ago. It is the bubble of the Langa, it follows a strict specification that determines a very high standard of quality. The vines grow above 500 metres above sea level and give the wine freshness and good acidity The very low residual sugar enhances elegance and finesse, character and persistence.
