Second edition of Bollinger's PN collection, PN VZ16 is a blend with a unique flavor that highlights the distinctive characteristics of the wines of the Verzenay terroir, the main cru of its blend. The high percentage of Verzenay in this edition's blend brings the Pinot Noir characteristics of this terroir to the wine: depth, elegance and tension.

The 2009 harvest offered a complex wine that is characterised by its richness, its freshness, its generous aromatic expression, and its balance. The colour is straw yellow, sparkling with fine bubbles. The aromas of pears, apricots, candied fruits, honey, acacia flowers and lime blossom form an intense bouquet.

Light gold in color with great brilliance, it has a nose marked by elegant and persuasive aromas ranging from fresh to dried fruit, from custard to citrus fruits, from fresh mint to honey. Impressive lightness on the palate where acidity and rigorous minerality play on each other. Very long persistence with citrus memories.

A vintage of exceptional quality. La Grande Dame 2012 is a direct, refined and balanced champagne. Fresh aromas such as acacia, citrus peel, flint and black currant characterize this wine that definitely comes from its terroir.

Edition with Gift Box and degraffeur, a tool designed by Champagne Henri Giraud to open the bottle of Ay Grand Cru. The MV17 cuvée is produced using 70% grapes from the 2017 vintage and the remaining 30% with reserve wine. After fermentation in Argonne forest barrels, the wine is aged on the lees for 48 months before disgorging Complex and elegant at the same time, Henri Giraud MV17 rides...

"Assemblage 2009" by Bruno Paillard is obtained from the assembly of chardonnay (50%) and pinot noir (50%), 20% fermented in vats.

"Assemblage 2012" by Bruno Paillard is obtained from grapes of the eight best crus in the heart of Champagne.

The cuvèe is a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, using a 50% reserve wine and refines in the bottle for no less than 18 months. Golden yellow in color, the nose has hints of pear and peach that mix with notes of vanilla, white pepper and citrus. On the palate it is initially fresh and then continues with mineral and biscuit notes.

Extra Brut is a champagne for purists. This dense and rigorous blend offers a precise yet approachable vision of champagne combined with a saline texture from its Chouilly subsoils. The grapes are grown in the family’s oldest hilltops parcels in which the deep-rooted vines draw their complexity from the terroir’s unique mother rock.
