The name Cervaro derives from the noble family that owned the Castello della Sala during the fourteenth century: the Monaldeschi della Cervara. The Antinori family purchased the estate in 1940. The first vintage of Cervaro della Sala produced was 1985, introduced on the market in 1987. This wine has won numerous awards and has won several important awards.

Aging: all the wines of the company Guido Marsella are marketed at least 18 months after the harvest, as the principle is to leave the must in the wine tanks to mature naturally in all the characteristics, without forcing, in order to allow the wines after the bottling, if kept at a constant temperature, over 10 years

Color: Intense straw yellow with golden reflections. Nose: Intense and fragrant with a large bouquet of ripe white pulp fruit. Taste: Rich and articulated taste, showing off energy and volume, in a creamy and dynamic development, where freshness does not fail to support an enveloping structure.

100% Sauvignon Blanc goes perfectly with dishes based on shellfish and fish, white meats. Hints of fruits such as grapefruit and gooseberries precede a finish characterized by floral notes.

It is the wine that has made the image of the company known and continues to be. It has the direct line to its variety, the Turbiana, the native grape of Lake Garda. Designed to be consumed during the year, it expresses the best part of itself after many years of bottling.

From Riesling, Durella and Garganega grapes. On the nose it is expressed with floral and citrus notes which are combined with fascinating hints of aromatic herbs.

Falanghina from the Greek-Latin word "Falango", meaning "Palo", since the characteristic of the viticulture of Campania is that of the "Vine tied to the pole", or always from the Greek-Latin term "Falange", giving it the meaning of "Falange ”Of the finger to which one would like the berry to resemble.

With its aromatic notes that oscillate between bright yellow and golden yellow, this wine stands out for its marked fragrance of ripe grapes and candied fruits, with pleasant hints of honey, oriental spices, sage and rose petals. On the palate it has a full and harmonious taste, with a marked aromatic persistence.
