MATURATION In steel tanks for 6 months.
AGING In bottle for 2 months before release.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS Color: straw yellow. Bouquet: intense, flowers and fruit. Taste: good acidity and sapidity. Alcohol content: 13% VOL.
