Production area: Puligny-Montrachet Soil: southern border with Chassagne, slope 3%, difference in altitude 230 m, deeper clay-limestone soil, mass selection Harvest: by hand Vinification: soft pneumatic pressing, no pumping over, long fermentation Ageing: aged for 12 months in 300L and 600L oak barrels (0-5% new), followed by 6-12 months of assemblage in vats Colour: straw yellow
