Pinot Noir clearly inspired by Borgognotta, fine and elegant, it benefits from the cool climate north of Napa, in the Russian River region, where for over 30 years De Loach has been working Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Perfect served at a temperature of 15 degrees, it goes well with meat dishes but also first courses with meat sauce and cheeses.

Garnet red color with orange reflections. On the nose it is intense, complex with spicy and fruity notes. In the mouth it is full and elegant.

Fine notes of red fruits mainly reminiscent of cherries and evolve towards delicate aromas of undergrowth, leather and sweet spices. The mouth is very vinous, silky. To be enjoyed young accompanied by chicken lasagna, mullet fillets, a raclette or a Savoyard stew.
