Laì Barbera d'Alba DOC, often awarded Slow Wine's 'Vino Quotidiano' prize, is vinified in the traditional way, with maceration between 7 and 10 days. It is matured in steel vats to emphasise the natural and exorbitant fruity notes and to enhance its freshness and softness. A short bottle ageing before release rounds it off further, making it harmonious and balanced.
