Pure Nebbiolo, born on the hills of Canale, where the calcareous-clayey soil with vast outcrops of sand gives the wine fragrance and freshness, territorial aromas and soft tannins.
A 'sexy' Nebbiolo: it presents itself undressed, with a slight veil of colour, but with intense aromas and a unique taste. Typical of the Roero, it is our everyday version of Nebbiolo: convivial, fresh, with a 'gastronomic' tannin, suitable for very interesting pairings. After destemming, the must remains in contact with the skins for 7/10 days, after which fermentation takes place until the sugars are completely exhausted. The wine remains in steel vats until the following summer, usually until the beginning of September, when it is bottled. After a short period of bottle ageing, the wine is ready for sale. Sincere and everyday, yet not simple, it will win you over with its territoriality and ease of drinking.
