Vines over 50 years of age Purchase of grapes from 2 parcels: Gamaires and Drazey, covering 30 ares and producing 5 barrels (228 l) per year on average. Growing on silty clay soils, this Chambolle is finer than “Les Bussières”, very aromatic and can be appreciated from its youth.

Ruby red color with brick reflections. The nose is traditional, with hints of ripe fruit and chocolate. On the palate it is full-bodied with great structure, with an elegant and very persistent tannin.

Vines planted in the 1970’s. Purchase of grapes from ½ hectare since 2009, production of 7 or 8 barrels (228 l) per year. The wines are softer than the Morey Trilogie, possess fine tannins, and already reveal their fruity character and aromas in their youth. Often mistaken for Chambolle Musignys!

It is intense, ethereal but full and robust, of a garnet red color with orange reflections that become more evident with aging: a complex, harmonious and fascinating wine that continues to evolve showing new facets.

Vermilion red with intense reflections. A wide aromatic palette offers aromas of black currant, coffee and morello cherry. On the palate it is spicy with more massive tannins.

Ruby color tending to garnet with intense notes of rose and violet, accompanied by a hint of wet earth and a ripe red fruit. Very long tannins, however sweet, speak of an evolution that will be completed much later in time.

Thanks to an accurate, traditional vinification, followed by a maceration of at least 20 days, after three years of storage, first in wood and then in the bottle, a great austere, warm and velvety Barolo is obtained. With a color with red - garnet tones and aromas with excellent olfactory notes reminiscent of spices, leather, violets and the classic "goudron".

"The 2018 Barolo Bricco Boschis is packed with dark red/blue fruits, game, smoke, licorice, tobacco and cloves. I find the 2018 a bit brooding today, but it certainly has plenty of character. It should be quite enjoyable in another few years’ time, once the tannins soften." Antonio Galloni

Medium to pale crimson. The bouquet is attractively perfumed, the red fruit starts gently at the front of the palate then gains weight, and I like the drier structure at the back because the fruit can keep pace with it. Not at the moment in the same harmony as the Gevrey but this will certainly come.

Garnet color with orange reflections, on the nose it smells of undergrowth and aromatic herbs, slightly spicy. In the mouth it is full and balanced, with a fine tannic texture.

Appearance: Deep red ruby with brick-coloured reflections. Aroma: Mature red fruit, berries. Flavor: Mature fruit, nicely expressed tannins; pleasantly soft with a full body and a warm ending.
