Vermilion red with intense reflections. A wide aromatic palette offers aromas of black currant, coffee and morello cherry. On the palate it is spicy with more massive tannins.
The grapes are harvested manually, selected and vinified with 80% of the whole harvest. During the 17 days of racking, from 5 to 7 punching down and pumping over are carried out. After pressing, the wines are racked for 2 weeks and placed in barrels. The aging takes place for 40% in new barrels and for 60% in barrels of 1, 2, 3 years. After 14 months of aging, the wines are racked into vats, rested for 3 months and bottled without filtration or aging.
