Located south of Richebourg and Romanée St-Vivant and bordering Echézaux to the east, Les Suchots is one of the most important premier cru of the appellation. It produces ethereal, full and spicy wines with a long aging potential.

Intense garnet red color, with a nose rich in floral notes and ripe fruit, with hints of orange peel, licorice and menthol. Persistent and elegant on the palate, with enveloping tannins, notes of cherries in alcohol and minerals.

It is a monopoly of the domaine and the vineyard in 1507 was part of the royal estate. Located on the border with Beaune, east of Clos des Mouches, it produces Pommard of exceptional softness and complexity which, evolving in the bottle, perfectly combine fruity notes with spicy and exotic hints.
