La Cuvée Vieilles Vignes (40 years the average age of the vineyard) AOC Sauternes is composed of 100% Sémillon. The wine is aged 12 months in barriques and 10 months in cement tanks. The 2013 vintage has a pH of 3.54 and 100 g / l of residual sugar.

The nose is fruity, elegant, racy and offers freshness as well as a small concentration. It reveals notes of candied lemon, fresh zests of mandarin and small notes of peach associated with small / fine touches of exotic fruits, kumquat as well as very discreet hints of quenette, ginger, candied lime zest and spices.

An elegant wine with a pleasant acidity that does not cover the high sugar content, but makes it easy to combine with both medium-aged cheeses and dry sweets made with hazelnuts. An excellent quality / price ratio.

Of an intense purplish ruby ​​color, the nose has exuberant aromas and lively notes of jam and ripe fruit. In the mouth it is full and enveloping, with rich and juicy sensations of berries, Full-bodied, it has a delicious and persistent finish.

Port Tawny aged 20 years with intense aromas of maple, honey and caramel. Full-bodied on the palate with a nutty aftertaste.

Mahogany-black. Characteristic Pedro Ximénez, raisin and fig aromas on the nose. Low acidity, very sweet and with excellent length.

Straw yellow color tending to golden yellow. Floral scents, apricot, pear, tropical fruits, delicate and fragrant aroma. Pleasant and characteristic taste, sweet and never cloying, fresh, mineral.

Color Ruby red of medium intensity tending to pink. Delicate aroma, with hints of rose, raspberry and red fruit. Sweet and soft taste, fresh, with persistent foam.

Sémillion, sauvignon and muscadelle, vines that expertly assembled give rise to Sauternes which have always been characterized by an innate refinement and elegance. The average age of the vines is 45 years. The harvest is manual, the wines are then aged in barriques for 13/18 months. Since 2013 its wines are BIO.

The slow maturation in steel tanks gives this red vermouth a striking garnet colour with elegant amber hues. A classic vinous imprint is gracefully supported by hints of vanilla and citrus fruits. On the palate, its soft elegance anticipates a long persistence, rich in subtle and bitter spicy notes.

The traditional amber colour of this white vermouth reveals all the elegance that its long ageing gives it. The nose releases heady aromas of white flowers and vanilla, hints of cinnamon and sultanas. Soft and velvety, Bèrto is full-bodied and rich, finely bitter and with a spicy persistence.
