The nose bears caramel notes with a delicate stone-fruit backdrop. A robust and sturdy palate with some fine leather notes mingling with dry tobacco, a touch of oak and a hint of dried cherries. The finish is smooth and calming.

Bitter is one of the key components, together with Vermouth, of Italian mixing. Berto wanted to give a classic interpretation of this historic liqueur adding to the zest of sweet oranges and he also loved Quassio, Carlina and Assenzio.

The basis for Bond st. Gin is a spirit of pure quadruple distilled wheat. The flavor is provided by ten natural botanists, the main of which is the juniper. Botanists are immersed in the basic spirit for 24 hours. The spirit is then distilled a fifth and last time.
