Chanlong Bay Double Barrel ages between 18 and 24 months in new French oak and ex-Armagnac barrels. On the palate it develops notes of vanilla, oak, cinnamon, cloves, baked apples, grilled bread, dried tobacco leaves and sugar cane.

On the nose, this VSOP is subtle and delicate, slowly revealing itself during tasting. Initially a concentration of fresh fruit, particularly pear, it quickly evolves towards floral notes and then dry hay. Finally, pastry notes gradually take over.
