Hatozaki pure malt Whiskey is produced by blending malts aged in three different barrels: ex-bourbon, ex-sherry and in barriques produced with the precious Mizunara wood (typical Japanese oak). The nose has marked hints of coriander and juniper to which are added notes of sweet flowers and ripe fruits such as quince, raspberry and small citrus fruits.
