Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Gamay and Aligoté Golden yellow color. Fruity nose with notes of exotic fruit and citrus. On the palate aromas of white flowers and pastry.

Doppio Erre Di stands for Delayed Degorgement Recently Degorged, in the sense that the degorgement (i.e. the final phase of the production of the Franciacorta method) is deliberately delayed after long months of aging, and that the bottles are delivered freshly degorged to ensure maximum freshness.

Color: fine and persistent perlage, intense straw yellow with golden reflections. Bouquet: bouquet of great complexity and finesse, with hints of ripe cedar, orange peel. Taste: perfect balance of fruity, spicy and almond scents. An innate freshness and elegance that end with a long gustatory persistence.

Classic method of chardonnay and savagnin, aged over 60 months on the lees. A soft, elegant wine despite the very low dosage. Perfect as an aperitif but can easily accompany fish dishes, shellfish and slightly aged cheeses.

Cremant de Limoux "An 825" Brut is a classic method produced from Chardonnay, Chenin blanc and Pinot noir grapes. At sight it is straw yellow with a fine and persistent bubble. The nose has hints of green apple, lemon peel and white flowers. On the palate it is fresh, with an elegant and final bubble played on citrus that cleans the palate.

Pale pink color with bright golden reflections. Small, delicate bubble with constant movement. Of good intensity, with aromas of small red fruits combined with citrus fruits, dairy products and some delicate pastry notes. On the palate it is fruity and slightly creamy, with hints of licorice and a good acidity that gives a fresh and persistent finish. The black sheep of bubbles! Limited...

Cremant de Limoux "An 825" Brut rosé 2020 is obtained with a blend of Chardonnay, Chenin blanc and Pinot noir. It has a salmon pink color with a fine bubble. The nose has notes of strawberry, mandarin and rose petals. Fresh and juicy, with an excellent citrus finish.
