Cuvée head of six great wines from the Côte des Blancs: Avize, Cramant, Oger, Chouilly, Vertus, Grauves, with a touch of Trépail, made entirely from Chardonnay. Gold color with light green reflections. Creamy mousse, very fine and excellent hold. Nose: acacia and hawthorn. Palate: nutty and citrus flavor, with a slight sensation of brioche.

The body is brilliant, golden straw yellow in colour. The bubbles are fine. The mousse is discreet and persistent. The nose is very expressive and open, offering notes of fruit and brioche, as well as aromas of peach, white flowers (hawthorn, acacia) and vanilla pod. The body, intense and sparkling, is bright pink in colour. The bubbles are fine. The mousse is persistent. The nose is broad and expressive, fresh and young at the same time and releases aromas of red fruits (freshly crushed wild raspberries, cherries, blackcurrants).
