Delicate and elegant, it closes on notes of fresh spice (white pepper) and bitter orange peel. Taste: of great harmony and pleasantness, with a good acid vein that helps to cleanse the palate. Aftertaste characterised by mineral notes.

Made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes in the classic method with re-fermentation in the bottle. It is harvested during the coolest hours of the day and with the use of dry ice to preserve the characteristics of the grapes. It remains sur lie for a minimum of thirty months in the bottle before being degorged.
