Extra Brut is a champagne for purists. This dense and rigorous blend offers a precise yet approachable vision of champagne combined with a saline texture from its Chouilly subsoils. The grapes are grown in the family’s oldest hilltops parcels in which the deep-rooted vines draw their complexity from the terroir’s unique mother rock.

The name "Cuvée 72" comes from 36+36--that is, 72 months of maturation before shipment. It is a variation on the time and development of the complexity of Première Cuvée Extra-Brut.
