Sparkling Wines

This is an abundant and delicious harvest, this 2006 Blanc de Blancs Vintage recalls the scents of calissons and candied orange peel. Harmony and generosity are combined. Elegant wine that can be appreciated as an aperitif, but also at the table.

A product in which the surprising freshness is accompanied by the aromas of honey, spices, dried fruit and a distant memory of chocolate, in a continuous crescendo of harmonies. A rare wine, designed for connoisseurs, the result of a particular and happy moment of nature, and of an infinite and patient work of man.

Golden appearance with slightly coppery reflections. The aroma is expressive, reminiscent of the fleshy fruits of the apple orchard. The taste is vinous, long and straight; ripe apple and pear dominate.

"Assemblage 2009" by Bruno Paillard is obtained from the assembly of chardonnay (50%) and pinot noir (50%), 20% fermented in vats.

"Assemblage 2012" by Bruno Paillard is obtained from grapes of the eight best crus in the heart of Champagne.

EYE Brilliant gold with copper highlights, fine and active effervescence. TO THE NOSE Vivid and velvety with hints of red rose petals, Burlat cherry combined with pink grapefruit and Timut pepper.
