The very fine olfactory sensations grow slowly providing first fruity nuances of blackberry and cooked plum and subsequently vinous, fermentation, typical of Barbera, with a just aromatic contribution of the wood.

Traditional Barolo par excellence, Conterno's Cerretta expresses in the best way both the Crü from which it came from and the 2016 vintage. which can immediately give great satisfaction.

Full-bodied and persistent. Tannins are austere, but without provoking bitter or allappant sensations.

Bright garnet red color, intense and elegant floral notes of rose, fresh wild strawberries and balsamic nuances blend on the nose. In the mouth it is well balanced by silky tannins and savory persistence.

As often happens with the wines of the "New World", it is the great French masters who are committed to discovering new production areas. So it was also for Chapel Peak and in particular for this Pinot Noir, fine, elegant and with a decidedly Burgundian style. A really interesting wine that stands up to the most famous French relatives.

The vinification of Barolo Gavarini Chiniera involves alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with daily pumping over. Once malolactic fermentation has taken place, the wine is aged in 25 hectolitre Slavonian oak barrels. After bottling, the Barolo Gavarini Chiniera rests in the cellar for 8-10 months before being sold.

This Nebbiolo is obtained with the most delicate consistency grapes, coming from various younger and more exuberant vineyards both in the Municipality of La Morra and in Monforte d'Alba, and in Roero, vinified together with short fermentations to highlight the freshest notes and fruity.

The nose has aromas of red fruit typical of Pinot Noir. On the palate it is light, fresh and with good acidity. Ideal paired with grilled meat and cheese dishes. It is recommended to drink it within 3 years of the harvest.

Vigna Colonnello has an average age of 40-45 years, for the maintenance of which the plants are replanted from time to time. The Nebbiolo variety is mainly Michet and the rootstock is 420 A.

Serraboella is the most famous mention south of Neive. A long hill with a west-facing slope that steepens as it grows and turns slowly southward. Precisely on the steepest and hottest slope the Barbaresques possess a unique character. Power, volume unravel in an elegant texture.
