Bourgogne

This Chardonnay has a fruity and fresh note. Traditional winemaking for a wine that is to be drunk young for an aperitif and a simple, cosy meal. The wine remains in the oak barrels on lees for eighteen months without racking. No new oak barrels, majority of large containers of 350 to 600 liter. End of ageing in vat during 6 months. 

Notes of lemon zest and white flowers that mingle with nuances of crushed chalk and oyster shell. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, elegantly glossy and vibrant, with a tight-knit core of crunchy fruit, bright acids and a long, pure finish.

The nose is fresh with aromas of peach and lemon zest. On the palate it is light, fresh and floral.

This Bourgogne is produced from two parcels : one is located between Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet, the other one between Meursault and Volnay. The first one gives minerality and texture to the cuvée whereas the second one gives more fat and richness.

Hue: Bright yellow with hints of green. Nose: Slight reduction - precise - elegant - floral - acacia. Palate: Excellent energy, length and strength for a village appellation. Very fresh with lasting minerality - saline finish - very precise.

Hue:Pale yellow with hints of green - bright Nose:White acacia blossom, lemon blossom. Mandarin and pink grapefruit aromas. Palate:Dense – rich – full-bodied. Full of energy, very complex. Very pure – a slightly salty finish – superb minerality.

Delicious combination of roasted almond and hazelnut with vegetal and floral (hawthorn, elderberry, fern, linden, verbena) and mineral (flint) notes. Butter, honey, citrus fruits also solicit the nose. On the palate, a rich wine with a hazelnut flavor, fond and joyful. Beautiful balance between unctuousness and freshness. Long and structured.

Meursault 1er Cru Goutte d’Or is one of the smallest appellations of the village with a total surface of approximately 5 hectares. Bouzereau Goutte d’Or parcel was inherited by Vincent from his father

100% Chardonnay from a small parcel of the Domaine. An elegant and very fine wine, with good aging potential.

A powerful and mineral wine. The situation of the plot in altitude and composition (hard limestone) give this wine a refreshing minerality and a unique, hence the name "Quintessence"

Six suppliers enable them to make this a cuvée ronde. Pale lemon and lime, with soft floral notes, aiming for the rounded and eventually buttery style of Meursault. Plenty of oak at the moment helps to drive this style but ultimately it is medium-bodied rather than a weighty monster.
