Saint-Aubin Premier Cru Derrière Chez Edouard 2018 - Hubert Lamy
Notes of lemon zest and white flowers that mingle with nuances of crushed chalk and oyster shell. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, elegantly glossy and vibrant, with a tight-knit core of crunchy fruit, bright acids and a long, pure finish.
Production area: Burgundy, Côte de Beaune
Soil: calcareous-clayey soil with a predominance of limestone with the presence of pebbles.
Vinification: direct pressing, light débourbage and long fermentation
Aging: 18 months in 300 and 600 liter barrels (up to 10% new), 6-12 months in tanks.
