Sparkling Wines

The Grand Blanc cuvée, assembled exclusively starting from the vine Chardonnay is an exception in the range of Philipponnat wines, traditionally faithful to Pinot Noir. A unique opportunity to discover a variation of style of the Maison in the guise of a great wine Low-dose Blanc de Blancs.

The cuvèe is a blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, using a 50% reserve wine and aged in the bottle for no less than 18 months. Golden yellow in color, the nose has hints of pear and peach that are mixed with notes of vanilla, white pepper and citrus fruits. On the palate it is initially fresh to then continue with mineral and biscuit notes.

Cuvée head of six great wines from the Côte des Blancs: Avize, Cramant, Oger, Chouilly, Vertus, Grauves, with a touch of Trépail, made entirely from Chardonnay. Gold color with light green reflections. Creamy mousse, very fine and excellent hold. Nose: acacia and hawthorn. Palate: nutty and citrus flavor, with a slight sensation of brioche.
