The Mandois Blanc de Blancs (100% Chardonnay) is a blend of several terroirs where the Chardonnay finds itself particularly at home. Perfectly representative of the vintage, it is only slightly sweetened to allow the natural character of the Chardonnay to develop to the full.

Color: intense golden yellow Bouquet: complex aromas reflect an assembly of grapes from old vines. A soft wine, enriched by partial vinification in wood Taste: It possesses perfect harmony and long-lasting flavors, creamy, with notes of lime.

It has a shimmering appearance with soft tints of gold. It shows rare refinement, with overtones of white flowers and citrus, on the nose. It is distinguished, complex and characterised by fruity apricot and yellow peach flavours. Given its ageing on the lees, the Champagne’s uplifting freshness is surprising.
