This champagne is a balanced alliance of vitality and finesse, freshness and elegance, characteristic of the Lanson Style.

The aroma is open with a dominant of toasted and buttered (brioche, bread crust); evolution on dried fruit (hazelnut, toasted almond), honey and spice bread. Made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes in the classic method with re-fermentation in the bottle. It is harvested during the coolest hours of the day and with the use of dry ice to preserve the characteristics of the grapes.
