Golden appearance with slightly coppery reflections. The aroma is expressive, reminiscent of the fleshy fruits of the apple orchard. The taste is vinous, long and straight; ripe apple and pear dominate.

The aroma is open with a dominant of toasted and buttered (brioche, bread crust); evolution on dried fruit (hazelnut, toasted almond), honey and spice bread. The taste is fresh, lively at the attack with a predominance of toasted notes and a creamy aftertaste.
