Obtained from a selection of old Sauvignon blanc strains in the vineyards located in the towns of Castiglione Falletto and Monforte d'Alba. The Langhe Bianco Rovella is a wine of great evolution.

Color: straw yellow. Bouquet: ripe and fresh with hints of flowers and fruits. The floral scents, acacia and citronella are associated with grapefruit and caramel. Taste: intense and harmonious rather soft and perfectly supported by a vivacity without too much aggression. Flavor prolonged by a strong persistence of minerals associated with a delicate hint of wood.

Six suppliers enable them to make this a cuvée ronde. Pale lemon and lime, with soft floral notes, aiming for the rounded and eventually buttery style of Meursault. Plenty of oak at the moment helps to drive this style but ultimately it is medium-bodied rather than a weighty monster.
