White Wines

Lively, fruity nose, mixing notes of lemon, white flowers, pineapple and yellow peach. The palate is nervous and remarkably fruity, combining the fatness, saltiness and sap of a ripe wine with the freshness of a thirsty wine.

This Pouilly-Fumé comes from the slopes of the prestigious wine towns of Saint-Laurent L'Abbaye and Saint-Père. These slopes, made up of a mixture of limestone and flint, benefit from optimal sunshine.

Le Rochoy is a unique hill in Sancerrois. It was once a Gallo-Roman quarry called "Rochetum". Flints scattered on the ground accumulate heat during the day and release it at night. The subsoil, composed of flint, gives this cuvée all its minerality. The ripening of the grapes is rapid and gives an exceptional white Sancerre.
