It required 25 years of experiments, tests and critical evaluations. In 2019 the first bottle of Barolo Vite Talin 2013 vintage will emerge from the Sandrone winery after 6 years of evolution and refinement. This wine was born and destined to be the one as imagined by Luciano.

The 2018 Barolo Francia is powerful, deep and also a touch austere. It shows the edginess of all the 2018s, but also has a feeling of textural creaminess that adds tons of character. Spice, menthol, leather and a whole range of balsamic overtones build into the deep, imposing finish. 

In particular vintages of selected Pinot Noir grapes from a medium-high hilly area are the basis of this great wine, the name of which underlines the origin (ANdriano) and the unique character (RARity) of the wine. The complex fruity structure, the slightly smoky nuances and the freshness until the end give it a majestic aging potential.

This union has resulted in IGP d'OC wines of the highest quality made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the emblematic vines of Burgundy. These carefully selected wines are the fruit of Burgundian know-how and Languedoc winemaking expertise.

The new vineyard purchased a few years ago by the Conterno family presents itself on the market with an exceptional Barolo, powerful and structured, with a very persistent tannic texture, and slightly more balsamic than the nearby vineyard France.
