Ottima struttura ma con tannini già morbidi e profumi aperti e intensi che donano a questo Barolo caratteristiche di potenza e grande eleganza. Complesso e fragrante da bere giovane ma con grande attitudine all'invecchiamento. Abbinamenti gastronomici: carni rosse in genere, pesce e carni bianche grigliate, formaggi a grana dura o stagionati, cioccolato.
