Cremant de Limoux "An 825" Brut is a classic method produced from Chardonnay, Chenin blanc and Pinot noir grapes. At sight it is straw yellow with a fine and persistent bubble. The nose has hints of green apple, lemon peel and white flowers. On the palate it is fresh, with an elegant and final bubble played on citrus that cleans the palate.

Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Gamay and Aligoté Golden yellow color. Fruity nose with notes of exotic fruit and citrus. On the palate aromas of white flowers and pastry.

Cremant de Limoux "An 825" Brut rosé 2020 is obtained with a blend of Chardonnay, Chenin blanc and Pinot noir. It has a salmon pink color with a fine bubble. The nose has notes of strawberry, mandarin and rose petals. Fresh and juicy, with an excellent citrus finish.
