This Nebbiolo comes from Nebbiolo from Barolo, generally the younger ones. Excellent structure with typical aromas of the Barolo Bricco Boschis with mainly fruity hints then floral then spicy, open and intense. Excellent aging attitude. Food matches: cold cuts, red meats in general, grilled, hard or seasoned cheeses, chocolate.

Remarkable balance between softness and acidity, great body and structure that do not compromise finesse and elegance, refined almost imperceptible wood scents. Despite its high alcohol content, it is very pleasant to taste, especially with typical Piedmontese dishes.

Produced only in the best vintages from the oldest Nebbiolo vineyard in the company (around 60 years). small selection from the Serraboella cru that ages for two years in French barriques and two years in 2500 L barrels of Slavonian oak. It presents an important and dry tannin with a great longevity.

Valtellina Superiore DOCG, reflects the evolution of Nebbiolo, its color, the complexity and subtlety of its perfumes, which are balanced with the taste by finding spices such as pepper and cinnamon. Very delicate notes of violet, complemented by the taste of licorice and hazelnut.

It is a broad and complex wine, with an elegant texture and great structure. The acidity is that typical of the vine, but is damped by a long aging in large oak barrels. An exceptional wine that can be drunk immediately or kept for a long time in the cellar.
