Subtle hints of Mediterranean citrus fruits, juniper berries, rosemary, cinnamon, coriander, peppers, pepper, cinnamon, lavender, fresh lemons, rose petals, eucalyptus honey, cistus Ladanifer are just some of the ingredients that capture Saudade of Gin Sul. Gin Sul comes in exclusive bottles of white glazed ceramic, silk-screened and filled by hand.

COLOUR: clear crystalline. BOUQUET: Ample, notes from floral to fruity. TASTE: Harmonious, full and impressive, of great intensity. Persistent aftertaste.

COLOUR: Pale straw yellow. BOUQUET: Engaging, intense and typical of freshly harvested Moscato grapes. TASTE: Soft, deep, with an unmistakable richness of fruity aromas. Delicately sweet and persistent aftertaste.

Tasting Notes: Aroma: Sweet with intense notes of dried fruit, grapes, cherry and plum. Strong presence of notes of vanilla, wood, walnut and mocha coffee. Taste: On the palate it leaves strong notes of grapes, plums, walnuts, with a touch of chocolate and coffee, for a long and silky finish.

'Sarpa' in Veneto dialect means 'marc', the raw material from which Grappa is made. Sarpa di Poli is made from grape marc with a floral and delicately herbaceous aroma, steam-distilled in copper cauldrons on a discontinuous cycle.
