Our Testimonial
Pinot Nero
Pinot Noir is certainly one of the most important and used international vines, but its maximum expression is certainly reached in Burgundy, where it gives rise to great wines, fine, elegant and with enormous aging potential. However, even in Italy, especially in the North East, it has been cultivated for some years with excellent results. Every wine lover certainly has a veneration for this wine, for years we have been trying to select wines from the world that can compare with the great Burgundy Pinot Noirs, and we often find pleasant surprises even in less suitable or less noble areas.

Medium to pale crimson. The bouquet is attractively perfumed, the red fruit starts gently at the front of the palate then gains weight, and I like the drier structure at the back because the fruit can keep pace with it. Not at the moment in the same harmony as the Gevrey but this will certainly come.

Pinot Noir clearly inspired by Borgognotta, fine and elegant, it benefits from the cool climate north of Napa, in the Russian River region, where for over 30 years De Loach has been working Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Perfect served at a temperature of 15 degrees, it goes well with meat dishes but also first courses with meat sauce and cheeses.

It is a monopoly of the domaine and the vineyard in 1507 was part of the royal estate. Located on the border with Beaune, east of Clos des Mouches, it produces Pommard of exceptional softness and complexity which, evolving in the bottle, perfectly combine fruity notes with spicy and exotic hints.

The intensity and refinement of Chambolle-Musigny wines are expressed with elegant subtlety in terms of appearance, the bright ruby colour creating brilliant and luminous reflections. Violets and small red berries make up the highly characteristic bouquet. Rich, with powerful and complex aromas, Chambolle-Musigny coats the palate with silk and lace. This red wine of the Bourgogne appellation is cherry red in colour with deep ruby reflections. The nose expresses notes of cherry, blackcurrant and blackberry, with nuances of pomegranate and peony. The overall mouthfeel is supple and delicate, with fine tannins and pulpy fruit ending in a fresh, light finish. A fresh, fruity and lively wine to serve as an aperitif, accompanied by a mixed...
