Produced with 100% Nebbiolo grapes from one of the highest plots in the area at over 500 meters above sea level. Aged for one year in 2500L Slavonian oak barrels. Elegant Nebbiolo with simpler tannins than Barbaresco and good minerality.

The color of this Roero is a garnet red. The nose is broad, alive and elegant. In the mouth it has a good body and structure. Hints of jam and spices prevail immediately and are well balanced by the vertical freshness of the wine. The finish is long, persistent with delicate tannins.

As often happens with the wines of the "New World", it is the great French masters who are committed to discovering new production areas. So it was also for Chapel Peak and in particular for this Pinot Noir, fine, elegant and with a decidedly Burgundian style.
