With its translucent gold-topaz color it introduces sweet aromas, where you can recognize aromas of candied fruit and quince, honey, salty and iodine notes, loquats, spice cues, pepper puffs, sultanas and liquorice root. La Cuvée Vieilles Vignes (40 years the average age of the vineyard) AOC Sauternes is composed of 100% Sémillon. The wine is aged 12 months in barriques and 10 months in cement tanks. The 2013 vintage has a pH of 3.54 and 100 g / l of residual sugar.

The nose is fruity, elegant, racy and offers freshness as well as a small concentration. It reveals notes of candied lemon, fresh zests of mandarin and small notes of peach associated with small / fine touches of exotic fruits, kumquat as well as very discreet hints of quenette, ginger, candied lime zest and spices.

Port Tawny aged 20 years with intense aromas of maple, honey and caramel. Full-bodied on the palate with a nutty aftertaste.
