With its translucent gold-topaz color it introduces sweet aromas, where you can recognize aromas of candied fruit and quince, honey, salty and iodine notes, loquats, spice cues, pepper puffs, sultanas and liquorice root. Complete and complex taste, with an overwhelming alcoholic note kept however in harmony by the great flavor and freshness.
Produced from 100% Verdicchio grapes harvested at the end of October in the Balciana district and put on racks to dry for about a month, after having cleaned the grapes from unsuitable grapes, the vinification is started and we are in December. Fermentation lasts 35-40 days. The subsequent aging takes place in steel barrels as for the other wines. The annual production of this wine is around 6,000 bottles.
